Our talented team of draftsmen and engineers will develop custom solutions to match your specific requirements.

Workshop Facilities​

 

All our products are fabricated within our fully equipped 1500 m2 (16 000 sq ft) covered workshop, which is serviced by a pair of  5 and 10 ton travelling cranes. All our work is produced by our highly skilled team of 50+ full-time shop workers.

 

Over the years, we have continuously invested in the latest heavy metal fabrication equipment, highlights of which include:

 

• 300-ton Pressbrake

• 3.0 m x 12.0 mm Guillotine Shears

• 8 ft Radial Drill

• Pyramid Plate Bending Rolls

• Center Lathes to 1.0m Swing x 4.0m Bed

• Milling Machine

• Shapers

• Submerged Arc Welding Equipment including Lincoln LT7 and NA5 Units

• Fully Equipped Gritblasting Booth

 

For our larger projects, we prefabricate and provide in-situ erection and commissioning.
